My Whirlpool gas dryer gets way too hot even on the lowest setting. It seems to blow air well out of the vent outside so I don't think there is an obstruction.
According to the wiring diagram there are several thermostats but I don't know hot to locate them or how to test them. Can anyone send me a link that shows a display of the thermostat locations?
Also, the timing mechanism runs backwards sometimes. The dial should only turn clockwise when it is running until it reaches the 'Off' position. But frequently the dial turns counter-clockwise and takes forever before reaching the off position. Any ideas on that?
