Purchased it last week. Installed on Friday. Every time I've tried to to wash clothes, it goes through the first parts of the wash cycle and then it locks and will begin jumping violently to the left. I abort the wash and start over. It is level on all sides.

We are having it taken back and going with an LG model instead.

Do you know why this is happening? Obviously it must be out of balance as the clothes will be on one side after I open it. It is the mandatory HE top loading type.

We have quite low water pressure, especially the cold. Could this cause an out of balance situation?
