How difficult or easy is it to replacement the condenser kit? At least that is the part my husband believes needs to replaced. The unit was making a loud noise and he determined that that a fan or motor was staying on and running. I researched a bit more and found some things to test. He went to the back of the unit and determined that it was the condenser that was continuously running. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The condenser doesn't "run". It is tubing that is part of the sealed cooling system. Do you mean the condenser fan?
