Unplugging or switching off the circuit breaker for at least 5 minutes or more to completely kill the control boards memory. If you've tried this and continue to receive this error then you have a bad control board. Here is the part you will then need. Whirlpool W10671327 Electronic Control Board - AppliancePartsPros.com
