I just replaced the pump/motor assembly and one of the interlock switches on our GE GSD2200G00WW. Now, the dishwasher works, but there is some sort of electric crackle from the pump/motor assembly as it runs. I followed the directions that came with the part. What could be causing this?

Edit: In other words, what is this noise?

Bueller? Bueller?

Really need some help here. I am thinking that it's not electrical though, but something in the pump/motor. Would like some confirmation one way or the other.

Nope, nevermind. It was some debris in the drain hitting the propeller thing on the pump. Cleaned out the drain on the dishwasher, and everything's normal.

Thanks for all the non-help.
