Initially the RF burner would not light. Now it lights after one potentiometer was changed.

New problem: now RF & RR simmer burners have a very high flame (>1.5") in low setting. Tech unable to adjust the valves.

As part of the 1st attempt to get the burner to light, the tech replaced the gas valve solenoid, then put the old solenoid back in when burner still wouldn't light.

Was the original gas valve solenoid possibly damaged during removal & reinstallation?? Would that cause both of the simmer burners to now be too high?

Other suggestions for correcting the flame height?

Thank you!

If you remove the knobs of the burners in question you can adjust the flame height with a very small straight screwdriver. In the center of the shaft coming out of the valve is a small screw recessed deep inside. Hold the shaft still while working the screw with the small screwdriver. Light the burner first and set to low, remove knob and adjust down to a low simmer flame. Reinstall knob, turn to high, then quickly back to low. As long as it doesn't go out, you are good. If it goes out, adjust flame up slightly. Hope this helps!

I am having the same issue with a 2018 Pro Harmony PRD364GDHU/24. The front and back right burners (the non-XLO intermittent burners) have no adjustment below "MED." I pulled the knob off, as suggested and the shaft of the knob is not hollow.
Is there a way to reduce the flame, such that there is finer adjustment below MED?
Thanks.
