I have isolated a no (electric) oven heat issue to one of two boards: The unit's Main Control Board or the Oven Pre-Heat Control Board. I do not have a micro meter and am trying to repair by replacing boards.

The main heating coil does not activate, and the upper coil only warms-- Have replaces main heating element-- It's not that.

Asking which board is the most likely causing this problem? Various sources say "Main, " but thought I'd find a "second opinion" here.
