My washer is no longer agitating or running the spin cycle can you tell what may need to be replaced and if I can get access to a diagram on where the parts are located. I also had a washer stored in a shed for 3yrs and it now leaks water from under the washer it is a maytag pav1000aww. could you tell me which washer would be cheaper to fix at this point.

I cannot get the model number of your Whirlpool to come up, so can you check it and let us know. We also need a little more info.

1. Exactly where does the Whirlpool stop in the cycle, does it fill and then stop, or will it not fill at all.

2. Can you hear the motor running even though it is not agitating,

3. Does it do this in all cycles.

I feel fairly certain that the repair to the Whirlpool will be easier and cheaper, but let's see what you come up with.
