2 units blowing but not getting cold.

1st unit blows cold air nicely - when it works. More than 25 degrees differential of cold air blowing from top vs room temperature. Suddenly starts blowing warm air. If I unplug and let it rest - say for 15 minutes - it starts cooling again. Can hear compressor running whether it's cooling or not.

2nd unit was running and cooling fine but suddenly stopped blowing cold air yesterday. Went there to verify. Can hear compressor running normally. When I press FAN ONLY, can hear compressor stop running. Unplugging, resting, and restarting does not make it work again.
