Washer won't spin, drain or agitate. Initially fill light would blink. Now no lights are on. Slight electrical smell.

Have you attempted to unplug it let it sit for 10 minutes and plug it back in to see if it resets?
With a slight electrical smell I suspect a component has burnt out.
Lets try the PC board reset first....
