I used the self cleaning for the first time since we got the house.
After completion, tried to open the door but it won't open.
I waited over an hour before opening the door, so I was sure the self lock had to be released. We also restarted and the door was still stock. After going over the manual again, I tried to move the latch on the upper side of the door and the door got released and opened. Now we can see that there is one loose part next to the latch, and that the latch doesn't go back once it's locked. Looks like I need a replacement???? How do I replace it????:(
