My Lady Kenmore Ultra Fabric Care HD 90 Series model #11082892800 washer filled with water yesterday morning... washed one cycle and then stopped. When I attempted to turn the timer switch to make it start draining and then spin....NOTHING HAPPENED. There is not even a clicking sound that I used to hear when turning that switch... Is it possible there is something wrong with the actual timer switch? Can it be replaced...... I love this machine and would like to repair if it is not something highly expensive. Would like to know if anyone has the part # ..and where I might find on refurbed since this is an OLD machine.. Thanks in advance ..</span>

Yes your timer is no longer available new. Please do a google search for timer part number 3349480 along with the search word remanufactured. I found one as cheap as 72 dollars.

I have to thank you for your invaluable help! It will make the search so much easier with the part number...am a 65 yr old retiree and money is tight, to say the least. A new machine is hundreds of dollars and if I can find this part I have several friends who will loan me a 'husband' to replace it. If you have any help in the searching process I would appreciate it.

If you will type in the google search bar ( whirlpool 3349480 ) and then skip down past the ads and ******** listings you will find remanufacturers sites.
FYI Whirlpool manufactures most laundry appliances for sears (Kenmore).
