I've had this unit for about 1.5 years. Seems that the heating element may not be working. Visually from the inside I don't see any issues with the element.

The dishes weren't drying but with JetDry it's ok. But, it seems the finish tabs are not fully dissolving anymore and are depositing on the lower rack items as well as top rack. Both sprayer arms are spraying water at appropriate times. I'm guessing that means the water isn't reaching a temperature that is needed in the dishwasher?

What should I consider before pulling it out and checking?
