Motherboard was replaced about 3 months ago, freezer was working great for a while...now the freezer tends to get too warm....I check the condenser when the freezer gets warm and it is always very hot to the point i can't keep my hand there longer than a second....the condenser fan appears to be working...not sure how fast it should turn but it seems like it's working as it should....if I put a small table fan by the condenser to cool it, within a few hours the temp in the fridge will return your normal.....no dust is on the coils....any ideas what could be wrong?

Clean and re-oil the fan motor. It may be dry causing it to run slow, and not produce enough airflow.

If that doesn't work, call a repair shop and ask them to check the cooling system.
