2004 model 26c.f. Side By side. Temps are +34*F in fridge, and -5*F in Freezer.

After making ice for 9 years it quit making ice, even tho the maker is cycling. Finally gave in to the wife whining about cheap chinese plastic ice trays...

Water tube IS NOT Clogged.
Water Valve replaced last Friday. Water valve tested for operation by connecting Dispenser leads and operating dispenser with hose to icemaker in pitcher. Got plenty of water.

Diodes between main water valve and I/M Valve and disp. Valve tested with meter in diode mode. O/L in one position of probes, .531v to .555v on other. DIODES GOOD.

Icemaker replaced yesterday. Icemaker is cycling every hour and 1/2 to two hours. NO WATER IS DISPENSED TO ICEMAKER!!!!

VOLTAGE to Water Dispenser is 120VAC when dispenser energized.
Voltage to I/M Water Valve is 0.935VAC when icemaker is in any position other than WATER ON. When Water switch in Icemaker Closes, voltage to I/M Water Valve is 12.95VAC and reverts to 0.935VAC when cycle finishes.

I've also traced out the wiring harness and get continuity (<2ohms) in all pertinent wiring for the icemaker and water valves. (And I thought tracing systems on a submarine was bad!!!)

I take it this means there is a control board I probably need to replace????
Where and how do I access this board???

Thanks

Larry
