In order to replace the right rear igniter (which I ordered and received from you) I am trying to remove the top of the range. The first venturi came off easily. The 2nd one was apparently heavily corroded.
Unfortunately, I think I broke off the support for the gas nozzle below the venturi. The venturi turned but does not want to come off due to a section of the venturi assembly turning with it under the surface. I ground the entire venturi off. It now can be pushed below the range top surface. The same happened to the 3rd venturi. I did not yet ground this one out, but there is some play. I would expect to be able to lift the right side of the top of the range at least a little, but it appears that something else is holding it down. Is that the case? Do I need to remove other parts in order to lift the range top off?

Thanks for your help.
