I have a Summit Appliance under counter fridge that runs almost constantly. Have checked to make sure door has been kept closed and that no dust at rear of fridge. Mini Fridge is only 6 months old. Compressor is very hot!. See attached pictures. One thing that seems unusual is the copper lines from the compressor. Shouldn't the 2 capped lines be connected? The capped line out of the compressor I believe is the process tube and it's normal for it to be capped/pinched. I just can't see the cold line (suction intake tube) on your compressor. Maybe it's on the back of it.
In this picture, all I can see on the compressor is the high pressure gas out line and the process tube.

Summit is notorious for sealed system issues. Contact them directly and they will replace the unit. May make you let them send a tech from a service company out to verify it's a sealed system issue, but sure sounds like it's low or has a restriction.
