My problem is no cool and no freeze.Temp in both compartments is approx 70 degrees F. Happened suddenly as best I can tell as this is an extra fridge I keep in the basement and don't check often.
Things that work: The compressor fan, the interior lights, the fan in the freezer.
I have continuity tested the thermostat, and the compressor after removing the relay wiring and seemed OK.
The compressor hums and warms up when plugged in but I do not feel a temp difference in the refrigerant lines.
I have not tested the compressor for amp draw.
It has an ADC that I don't know how to test or troubleshoot. I would like to know how to do this.
I have a Fluke multimeter and am good at following directions if I understand them.
I would appreciate any suggestions.

Some additional information. I ohms tested the compressor and the start windings showed 7.3 ohms and the run windings 5.3 ohms.
