A picture is worth 1000 words. I do not believe the circulator fan is blowing either. The icemaker control board was replaced last year. There or no problems with the icemaker in the freezer or defrost cycle. I have the icemaker off due to the motor housing being cracked and not working properly. I was about to do an install when I discovered the frost buildup. What should I be looking for and where should I start? Thank you.

I do have the service manual for the unit. Any suggestion of which diagnostic tests to start with?

Alright guys. Got it defrosted. And disassembled. disconnected all the harnesses and inspected them. There was a little corrosion on the EEV. Reassembled Ran every tests except for the heater in the finger evap. Frige was still to warm. EEV test passed. :)
Installed the new motor and arm control I had on hand. Completed the final reassembly. Turned on the icemaker.
It successfully cycled through once. Dispensed the water. Made one set of cubes which did not drop off the fingers. The tray moved back to receive more water and it stopped.
Thoughts?
