Dryer only heating on cool down cycle. Runs normal just not heating until it reaches cool down. Checked all the parts in the lower back section with a multi meter and its all good. Changed the high limit stat anyway But it wasn't that. Any one got a suggestion what it might be.

Could be a bad timer but would need to test for certain. Cool down typically has no heat at all
