The "normal" light on my Quiet Partner iii keeps blinking, and the machine won't run. This problem is intermittent. It will go away on it's own and then return. Sometimes it will appear during a wash, and the blinking will go away and the wash cycle will resume. This can go on for hours, alternating between a wash cycle and then disrupted by a blinking normal light. I have already replaced the circuit board, but the problem did not go away. Now, the machine is mostly inoperable with the "normal light blinking away. I appreciate any help in the matter.

This sounds to me like you have a shorted TouchPad itself. Some whirlpool model dishwashers blink when a particular key is shorted.

New control panel arrived today. Installed it and it works like a champ! Thanks for the help!!
