My refrigerator and freezer get warm , I unplugged refrigerator let it sit for 3 days and started it again, it ran fine for about a week or 10 days, then the same problem started again.

Check all the components such as the compressor, fans and sensors are operating properly.

Problem could be that the defrost thermostat is not working properly.
Evaporator Fan could be not working.

Verify that the capillary tube or sensing bulb is not damaged or out of position and that the wire terminals are not loose or corroded.
