Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 1/11/2016(UTC) Posts: 2		I have a glass cooktop (KECC567RBL01). When I turn on the triple element to any of its settings (single, double, triple), it will NOT heat up. I have replaced both the surface heating element AND the infinite switch and tested both with an OHM meter to ensure I wasn't replacing them with bad parts. All other elements work fine. What else could it be?? Please help!
