Hello, my name is Gary. I have a Maytag Washer SAV4655EWW that is either...not going into Spin mode on "Wrinkle Free Fabrics" cycle leaving a tub full of water when it get to "off" but will spin if moved to another cycle OR it will spin and the clothes are still pretty wet instead of their normal just damp. Also, fabric softener is not fully being tossed out of the cup and half remains when wash cycle is "done". I have cleaned the cup out and checked for blockages in drain hose between tub and pump. What should I look at next? I feel like it spins fast enough when it spins and the water seems to drain and pump out like it should. Thanks for any advice!

Update: after observing its operation tonight, I now think it may be spinning to slow.
