The motor in my Frigidaire dryer hums when trying to start. I've replaced the motor and Thermo Limiter. I've check the other items and all check okay including the power coming in. What could be the cause of this problem?

Thank you for update! I am checking today and have purchased a timer just is case its causing the problem.

Check those 3 areas, all have continuity at 0 ohms. What would u suggest next? Motor still hums when trying to start. Thx
