Hello! I have a Maytag Stove MGR8674AW0 with a problem. Broiler and cook top worked fine. Oven would spark several times, then light, but then after 2-5 seconds go out. I replaced the sparker igniter, but didn't help. Then I replaced the gas regulator valve AP5781800, but now the flame is much bigger than before and almost comes through the drip-pan-edge holes. In addition, the cook top burners are all out of whack now, they go out when turned down to lowest setting (didn't do that before). Is there some kind of adjustment to be made on the valve? Is this the flame that should have been coming out all along? The oven always took about 15-20 minutes to reach steady preheat temperature. Now it takes about 5-10. What is the "DOWN FOR OFF" actuator for, transporting? What is the correct running position?

Don't want to toast the roast!
Thanks
