Top and bottom ovens only heat to 225 when temp is set to bake at 350. I tested as follows:
Bake elements reads 30 ohms with tester set at RX1.
Temp Sensor reads 100 ohms with tester set at RX10.
Are there any resistors or wires I can test? The control panel has been discontinued so I hope that is not the problem.

Is there a way for me to test the board to make sure it's bad?
Also, what does a timer have to do with controlling temp and elements?

So I sent my board to a repair shop in TX. I got it back and reinstalled it. The oven will only heat to 300 when I have it set at 350. BTW, I adjusted the temp calibration up as high as it would go.
Is there anything else I'm missing? This is very frustrating.

Update: I think I made a mistake when checking ohms on the broil elements by only checking the inside element.
The actual ohm reading is 30-35 on the inside and 80 on the outside. This is for both upper & lower ovens. The manual says they should be 45-55.
So the problem is both broil elements are bad or something in the wiring, relays, etc.
Any advice on how and where to begin is helpful.

Denman, both ovens are still not heating to temp. All power input looks good. Is there a way to test the voltage at the elements to make sure they are getting enough power?
I tested the voltage as follows:
Terminal Block
L1 to White Neutral is 120v with oven off and 117v in preheat
L2 to White Neutral is 120v with oven off and 116v in preheat
L1 to L2 is 240v with oven off and 226v in preheat
Also checked voltage at Pinouts as follows:
P19/1 (L1) 120v
P19/3 (Neutral) 120v
Control Panel Transformer:
Both Blue (load) 23v
Both Red (line) 118v
Actual Ohm Readings
Isolated Tests Recommended Upper Lower
Broil Inside 45-55 33 33
Broil Outside 45-55 54 55
Bake 25-30 28 28
Oven Temp Sens 1080 1080 1080

The only thing that stands out from my ohm testing is both inner broil elements are at 33 ohms and the tech sheet says they should be 45-55 ohms. But when I heat both ovens the inside elements gets red hot but the outside one doesn't.

If I call a technician I don't think there is anything else to test. This is real head scratcher. Your help has been very much appreciated.

I put one probe in P19-1 and the other in P19-3 and it read 120v.

denman,
I am going to test the voltage at the elements and want to make sure I do it correctly for obvious reasons. I have the ovens pulled out so I easy access to the back.
I unplug the 4 broil element wires, 2 for the inner and 2 for the outside.
I then put red probe on one of the outside wires and the black probe on the other outside wire. This should be 240v. Do the same for the inside wires too. Repeat for the bake elements too.
Is that correct? And thanks again the help and patience.

The voltage at the upper bake and both broil elements was 237v. All the bottom readings were 236v. I did the test with the oven in bake for only a few minutes. Would it make sense to wait until the panel says it reaches 350 degrees (which it does not inside) then test to see if it still has power? Is it possible it heats and then shuts off?
Any ideas what's holding it back from heating to full temp?
