My heating relay is not closing in the dry cycle. I am getting volts across the relay, with the unit running. If I jump out the wires, the heater comes on. What wires send the signal to the relay to energize it? I am trying to fix the dryer for my wife. We had a company out of Baton Rouge that changed the heating element and the high limit switch. I would bet that neither were bad. The gentleman did not even use a meter to check the dryer or components from talking to my wife. Talked to a Samsung local repair company and the gentleman could not tell me where the relay coil gets its voltage or the amount of voltage that feeds the coil. Either the coil is not getting voltage or the coil is bad. The schematic in the book shows the high voltage circuitry but not the circuit board circuitry. The unit had an extended warranty on it. It is cancelled now and I am on my own.

:) After going through the posts in this forum, I found it to be the centrifugal switch on the motor. The neutral circuit goes through the switch that feeds the relay. Got mine temporarily repaired. Will be buying a new switch and it will be permanently fixed. Thanks to those that repaired their unit and posted the answer to why the relay would not close.
