I was cooking the other night and I heard beeps and checked on the stove and there was an E2 F3 error on the display. The oven was definitely too hot. Stopped using it and called a technician the next day. He came to diagnose the problem and it wouldn't do it again. Used it again last night and it worked fine. Is it possible for you to diagnose the problem so that I know if it is going to be an ongoing problem that should be fixed now?

See the attachment for the tech sheet. It gives the error codes.
Sorry I cannot say what the problem was. It could have just been a random glitch on the control board.
If it starts happening on a regular basis check/clean the connnector contacts of the oven sensor on the control board. Also check the soldering of this connection on the board. It may be a cold solder joint. Cold solder joints are often a duller silver color and/or have pin holes. |
