I have a Kitchen Aid 30" double wall oven and the lower element in the upper oven is not heating. How do I gain access to the element? It is under the oven-cavity floor and it is not clear what needs to be disassembled in order to get to it. Can the element be accessed without removing the entire oven from the wall? Thanks.
