Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 12/30/2015(UTC) Posts: 1		Hello, I was using my microwave (Magic Chef MCO160UW) this morning and opened the door when the time reached zero. As soon as I opened the door, the power in half of my condo went out. I reset all of the breakers in the fuse box and all of the power returned but my microwave remained dead. I removed the internal microwave fuse, measured the continuity, and it is open. Will the microwave work if I simply replace the fuse or is there another issue (faulty door switch?) that caused the fuse to blow? Did this cause the power in my condo to go out? Should I try to repair the microwave or purchase a new one? Thanks!
