just recently the bake function will not get up to temperature. This oven has only one element for Bake and Broil. The Broil function works fine and gets up to the set temp. so its not the element or the oven temp sensor. I did however check the temp sensor and measured 1087 ohms at room temp and according to the manual, around 1080 ohms is room temp so that is fine.

The relay K1 does turn on for a period of time and I do get 240v across the element and it does get hot, but the relay then kicks out prematurely then kicks back but never gets up to the 350 degrees. Very frustrating, anyone have an idea what to check for next...

Here are your parts.
You seem to be missing the last digit in the model number so you will have to choose the correct one from the Matching Model Numbers section

I used the PS1

No it has two elements.
Look in section 03.
The bake element is item 7 but it is under a cover item 46.
