Hi-
Our washing machine overflows and the water won't shut off with the off button or pulling the plug. Think it might be the solenoid.
How difficult would that be to replace and do you carry that part? Thanks!

Yes, if the water continues to run after power is shut off that almost certainly confirms that the water valve assembly needs replacing. Here is the part and yes it is an easy repair. Just unplug the old assembly, take out the screw(s) that hold it in place and put in the new one.
