I have a Kitchenaid Dishwasher that is not cleaning properly. Soap is left in the dispenser or on the bottom of the washer. I have gone in and removed debris from the sump and impeller screen area as well as the black rubber check valve. All the areas I have access to appear to be clear of debris. I've also checked all the spray arms (upper and lower) for clogs and they are clear. It is not overloaded with dishes and the soap door is clear to open. Ran a wash cycle and the problem still exists. Any ideas on what else the problem could be? Could the pump be clogged somehow? Other than the fact that you can hear it not spraying, there hasn't been any other odd noises coming from the motor. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am having the same problem with mine, but my dishwasher is brand new, never used. Hopefully someone can chime in.
