Seen this issue in past posts.I have tested the buttons on control module all seem ok.This issue began as a bad thermal fuse this is second one in life of machine no blocked vents or heat that is in that range noted at all.This time bypassed waiting for part when the lock out led came on,it has stayed on, all the tests do check good but can't go in diagnostic since no power to control board.Visual checks all look good no hot spots or marks on any circuit boards all connections good all connectors seem tight.The best i can tell it points to the console control electronics not the electronic board on side, but not sure.I found the part but it is expensive for either boards,I don't wish to buy one and find it is the other,does anyone have knowledge of how to better test the two boards to feel more sure,the control lock light is controlled by the control on button but since other parts need to be functional at the same time I don't know how to bypass to test if the main electronic board is good.Any input will be good.Boards are high enough a new dryer at Christmas is not good for my morale or status as Santa....
