drier has heat all the time one the air fluff cycle
everything seems to be working fine everywhere else

Can you regulate the temperatures in the other cycle types.
If not then it may be a grounded element.

If the temperature is can be regulated the odds are that it is a timer problem.

Note that I cannot find an actual wiring diagram so am guessing.
