My all refrigerator has started freezing. The temps get down into the 20's when the control panel is set to mid 30's.

I've replaced the thermistor and it didn't resolve the issue. I believe this narrows it down to one of the control boards. There is the main control board underneath and the user control panel in the box. The user control panel is illuminated fine.

How to I troubleshoot these two boards in order to determine where the problem is?

Am I missing something? Since this is an all refrigerator, there is no damper control.

Is the evaporator fan in the unit working?
If not it may be your problem.

As far as I know there is no way to troubleshoot the two boards.

The most likely culprit is the control board.
