I have a Frigidaire upright freezer model GLFU1767FW2. The user interface board (LED display) on the door doesn't light up. Replaced the board and still nothing. Looked at the wires and see no wear. The compressor/fan/etc will run continuously and doesn't shut off.

Sounds like the control board (item 54 in section 07) is bad.

I would check the freezer temperature.

Also remove the cover in the freezer and check the frost pattern on the evaporator coils.
It should be fairly even.

Thanks for the quick response. That was my guess but wasn't sure. The cost was/is more than I want to spend without conformation. Will give it a try. I read that someone had a similar issue and they replaced both boards and still didn't work. Someone posted about two uncommon grounds that one may have been eliminated under a service call but this freezer was never serviced before.
