Our Kenmore Elite washer will only give us a 1:10 cycle or 11 min cycle no matter what cycle button we push. None of the buttons on the face respond to input and we cannot adjust from the Hot/Cold and High Spin Modifiers. I assume it is the board but from the parts list I see there are two boards - the Control Board and the User Interface Board. Where would I start?

It is probably the control board but if you are uncertain you can order both from this site and return the parts you do not use if they are not needed.
