Greetings. My Bosch dishwasher got stuck at "1" minute remaining on the display, sounding like the drain pump was running continuously. When I opened the door, I saw that the detergent cake was undissolved and that there hadn't been much spraying of water during "cleaning".

So I ran the diagnostic test cycle, and the display ended up showing a "2" with the nearby two LEDs flashing. I checked the inlet valve, and plenty of water makes it into the machine (and coil resistance is 1k ohm).

QUESTIONS:

(1) After some Googling, I discovered that getting stuck at "1" minute, along with the diagnostic code of "2" during a test cycle, probably means that I've got a heating problem, right?

(2) But why would that keep water from being sprayed through the sprayers (which are very clean and clear of debris)? :confused: Seems like a recirculation pump issue.

Tonight I will check the control board for the infamous burned/missing solder joint, but I'd also appreciate any advice based on what I've posted above. Thank you!
