this is the GE Profile, under-cabinet mount, with no vent

A sticky brown goop is leaked from one of the screwholes on the bottom of the unit. It looks and feels like glue.

Any ideas?

Maybe food residues that melted with the heat? I think it would be best to find a repair service soon. Hope you get that problem fixed!
