Hello,
My washer agitates when empty just fine but when I add a load of clothes it barely agitates at all. I put in a test load and there was barely any movement, the agitator would only move when there was very little garments in the washer. I checked the door switch and the agitator dogs all seems well. Any ideas to what the problem could be? Thanks

I know you say you checked the dogs, but this really sounds like a dogs problem. So see if the agitator will twirl when you turn it by hand. If so then replace the dogs, because sometimes they are bad but you cannot see the problem.

If the dogs are okay then check the coupling which could have cracked plastic pieces that cause the machine not to agitate under a load.
