Hello,

This dryer heats and turns normally. When I disassembled I noticed some wear on the bearing and the lint trap exhaust seal, so I replaced those components.

Upon reassembly the unit still produces a very buzzy sound on regular intervals, I operated the dryer with the door open and the heating element was glowing normally without any signs of arcing.

I did notice a slight wobble in the drum, and feel that this is due to some wear of the felt, however the felt is not worn to the point of needing replacement in my opinion-the same goes for the nylon gliders. Also, when I inspected the tensioner pulley it spun freely without resistance. The belt is also fine.

The blower wheel spins freely without any sign of an issue.

I'm feeling that this is most likely a bad winding or bearing in the motor. Do you all agree?

Here is a a video I shot of this phenomenon:

No
I did not really hear any arcing which is more of a snap sound.
The sound seems at about the same speed/frequency as the drum rotation so it is probably something to do with the drum support.
I would think that a bad bearing would be more of a squeal also the idler wheel as they turn much faster.
