My ice maker will not dump ice. I feel ice in the tray. I had the problem a couple of weeks ago and it self-corrected. Before I call a repairman, is there anything we can try at home? Does anyone know a site for how to take the cover off so I can see if anything is frozen or jamming the mechanism? The water dispenser works perfectly so I feel the water supply is fine.
