Replace belt, cleaned everything out. does heat and blows air out vent. with top off can turn power on, but drum doesn't move. if I give it a push, it runs fine. Thought it might be a capacitor, but couldn't find one on service manuel. Thanks for help

If the motor is moving when it is started, check your idler pulley and support rollers to make sure one isn't locked up.
If all bearings, support rollers, and belt idler pulley are good, it could be a weak motor.
