I have been searching around the web but everyone that has had a similar problem to what I have seems to have an error code to reference. I am thinking its either the lock itself or a short in the computer. I just don't want to guess and start throwing parts at it. Thank you in advance for any help that this forum can provide.

update: I pulled out the CCU because I read somewhere to look for burnt or loose connections on the board. Everything looked fine and Im going to plug it back in now.
