Kenmore elite dishwasher model 665.13419k701 is leaking under the tub. It is about 7 years old. Not sure what the source of the leak is. Is there a gasket or seal that can be replaced? Further investigation revealed it is leaking from the tub where the steal clip for the heating element was connected to the tub (see the rust spot below arrow). There is a hole in the tub. Any suggestions on how this can be fixed?

Download the manual from the Sears parts site.
It says that the tub has a lifetime warranty. |

I called Sears at 1-800-4-MYHOME on Saturday at 2:00 PM, they said it should be covered but they would have to send a tech out to verify if it is. She said she had a tech available between 2 and 6. The tech was there by 3:30 PM and said it is covered by warranty. He ordered the tub and scheduled an appointment to replace it on October 15th. I am very satisfied with their customer service.
