I have a Frigidaire french door refrigerator (FGHB2869LF) with an ice maker and in-door ice and water dispenser. The water reservoir (coil of tubing - see picture below) at the back lower left hand corner of the refrigerator section behind the full width drawer continually freezes. This reservoir supplies both the ice maker and the water dispenser. I have to take out all of the drawers to access the reservoir, unscrew the reservoir cover, and use a hair dryer for 10-15 minutes to get it to thaw. Then a couple of days later it is frozen again! Is there a heater that can be installed in the reservoir to keep the temperature above freezing? What other options are there?

Thanks for any responses.

I have the same problem and use hot water to defrost the coil.
