My GE double oven will not stay on, it will heat, but you have stand next to it and turn it back on every 2-3 minutes. I use the top oven almost daily, so when the problem started, I thought maybe something was wrong with it. I rarely use the bottom oven (Thanksgiving) but when I tried it, the same thing happened. About 6 months ago the timer stopped working. I thought I had broken the button, but maybe this is all part of the same problem?

I would start with looking at the oven temperature sensor, and if it checks out good, it may be the control board.
