Fridge on top warm, freezer cold but just barely keeping ice cream frozen. No circulating fan action. Dead fan? Bad sensor? Or time to burry this one? It's our back up fridge in our garage.

Refrigerators have a hard time running in a garage sometimes, simply because their job is to remove heat from inside the fridge, here where I live, it gets to 115 degrees outside. Imagine the temp in a garage on those days. I would check the evaporator fan first, replace as needed.
